Yoga For Stress Reduction - Saturday, 2/18, 1 - 4 pm |
This workshop introduces the chakra model and its use in yoga practice. Participants will: explore the anatomy and symbolism of the chakra model;
experience a practice to encourage awareness of the chakras using the tools of postures, visualization, chant and meditation;
appreciate how work with the chakras contributes to healing and well-being.
Cost: TMC Members: $40.00; non-members: $45.00

Introduction To Yamuna Body Rolling - Saturday, 2/25, 9 - 10:30 am |
Yamuna Zake’s Body Rolling™ is a soft, powerful approach to muscle release. Body Rolling™ consists of a series of routines that use a 6 - 10” ball to stretch muscles, freeing restrictions in all parts of the body, increasing blood flow, and promoting healing. This system can remove structural restrictions, elongate muscles, and improve alignment and posture. Best of all, you can do it on your own.

What to Wear: Leotard with tights, unitard, or tight t-shirt with form-fitting leggings. Long hair should be
tied up. Class is done in bare feet.
