TMC INCLEMENT WEATHER POLICY  
TMC will follow the Harrisburg Area Community College, Harrisburg campus with regard to cancellations. If HACC has a delayed opening, TMC morning classes will be cancelled. If HACC is cancelling evening classes, TMC evening classes will be cancelled. In the event of inclement weather, TMC students should call the studio at 238-0357 to find out if classes have been cancelled.

May YBR/Ball Class Schedule
These classes alternate between Small and Large Ball Fitness and YBR. The small and large ball class includes floor work, rhythmic and strength routines on the large ball, strengthening and toning on both the large and small ball (YBR). The class closes on the small ball, releasing and elongating muscles and removing tension patterns that restrict movement. This promotes a deep feeling of relaxation. It is recommended to take Exercise I and II and the Introduction to Yamuna Body Rolling (YBR) before taking this class.
In the Yamuna Body Rolling (YBR) class, students work on small balls from 4 to 10 inches as a self-therapy, enabling you to take care of your own body. In a YBR class you learn both basic and advance YBR routines moving systematically through the entire body, elongating muscles, releasing your spine, improving alignment deepening your breathing, and increasing your relaxation response.

Free Meditation Class (5/4)
Most of us have seen how easily our minds are distracted, how we can fall into traps of negative thinking or patterns of thinking that keep us locked in certain behaviors or reactions.  Yoga gives us the tools to learn to focus the mind and to be able to see ourselves and our relationships more clearly so we can make positive changes in our lives.   The tools of yoga - poses, breathing techniques, chant - prepare us for meditation, which is focusing the mind.  In these classes we work with simple postures and breathing techniques, relaxation, and chant to prepare us for meditation.  In this session, our meditation will focus on objects from nature.
